On Monday and Tuesday last the following criminals were brought to the bar of the General Court to take their trials, viz.

Robert Ebbidge, from York, for grand larceny; guilty.

John Brown, and John Scott, from Accomack, for grand larceny; guilty.

Nathaniel Hoggatt, from Cumberland, for felony; guilty.

Thomas Brown, alias Burk, from Henrico, for felony; guilty.

John Johnson, from Fairfax, for felony; guilty.

John Garland, from Essex, for felony; guilty.

John Wilson, from Suffolk, for felony; acquitted.

Richard Steward, from Fairfax, for felony; acquitted.

Richard Davis, from Orange, for felony; acquitted.

John Holles, from Loudoun, for felony; acquitted.
