The Cardinal Minister, who is a Person of great Mildness and entirely Master of his Passions, took occasion to satisfy those Military Gentlemen, by acquainting them, that the Advices he had just received from a certain Court, gave Ground to believe, that the publick Tranquility would be but too soon broken, and that they were very near having an Opportunity of displaying their Zeal for the Honour of the King and the Nation. The particular Court here meant by his Eminency is not certainly known whether that of Vienna or Manheim; but 'tis much beyond all doubt, that the Coolness between the former and the Court of Versailles encreases every Day.
