Oyster War.—One of the custom house officers at Annapolis has captured the schooner Deborah and Sally, of Philadelphia, for a violation of the laws of Maryland in fishing for oysters with a rake. She has been confiscated, and will be sold at auction on the 17th instant.

The Philadelphia oyster fishermen have recently been guilty of outrages in the neighborhood of West River, and on Thursday last a steamboat, duly armed and manned, was despatched against them. The rogues, however, had taken the alarm, and left the river, and could not be found.
