The Wesleyan Guild at its second session in the Methodist Church parlor Sunday evening continued the general theme of the programs during the summer session, "Resources for Religious Living." The theme for the evening was "God."
The book on "God" which was reviewed was written by Dr. Walter Horton.
Miss Emily Gooding, Ypsilanti, led the service of worship. She was assisted by Miss Roberta Miller, Ypsilanti. Miss Susan Eckley accompanied Worth Mallory, Otsego, who sang "Praise to the Lord," translated by Miss Catherine Winkworth.
During the Friendly Hour motion pictures were shown of student activities. The group then was led in a series of songs by Worth Mallory with Miss Susan Eckley at the piano.
The Wesleyan Guild will have a breakfast hike next Saturday morning. Those who wish to go are to sign up at Starkweather Hall or at the church office. The group will leave Starkweather at 6 o'clock in the morning.
