Fatal Sunday Skylarking.

While James Tracey and Edward Wilson were skylarking or quarrelling in a yacht on the Delaware river off Gloucester, N. J., Sunday afternoon, both men fell overboard. Tracey was drowned, but Wilson managed to grasp hold of the boat and was rescued. Wilson and his two companions in the boat, Patrick McInany and Edward Kleppen, were arrested and locked up in Camden to await the result of an investigation. Tracey lived on Jefferson street, Philadelphia, and the other men are also Philadelphians.
