Present, as yesterday, six Judges.
No. 87. Lessee of James Greenleaf, plaintiff in error, vs. James Birth.—Argument of this cause was concluded by Mr. Jones for the plaintiff in error
No. 85. John Watts' heirs, appellants, vs. William Lamb, et al —This cause was argued by Messrs Creighton and Clay for the appellants, and by Mr. Leonard for the appellees.
Friday, January 20.
Present, as yesterday, six Judges.
No. 25. Jos. F. La Sarque, et al. appellants, vs. Francois Tremble, et al.—The applicants in this cause having failed to appear and prosecute this appeal, it was ordered, that the appeal from the Supreme Court of the Territory of Michigan, be dismissed, with costs.
No. 11. Cadwallader Wallace, plaintiff in error, vs. Josiah C. Parker.—This cause was argued by Mr. Creighton, for the plaintiff in error, and by Mr. Corwin, for the defendants in error.
No. 40. The Bank of the United States, plaintiff in error, vs. Bank of Washington.—This cause was argued by Mr. Lear, for the plaintiff in error, continued by Messrs. Key and Dunlop for the defendant in error, and by Mr. Sergeant for the plaintiff in error.

No. 40. Bank of the United States, plaintiff in error, vs. The Bank of Washington.—The argument of this cause was concluded by Mr. Sergeant for the plaintiff in error.
No. 15. Henry Miller's heirs, appellants, vs. Jacob and Isaac McIntyre. On appeal from the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of Kentucky.—Mr. Justice McLean delivered the opinion of this Court, affirming the decree of the Circuit Court, dismissing the bill of complainants with costs.
No. 41. James Moore, plaintiff in error, vs. the Bank of Columbia, use of the Bank of the United States, &c.—This cause was argued by Messrs. Z. Collins Lee and Jones for the plaintiff in error, and by Messrs. Lear and Sergeant for the defendant in error.
No. 42. Bank of the United States, plaintiff in error, vs. John O. Dunn:—The argument in this cause was commenced by Mr. Lear for the plaintiff in error, and continued by Mr. Cox for the defendant in error.
