Mr. Mallard's relation to Doctor Dinwiddie, relative to Sir James Wright's offer of terms to the inhabitants of Georgia, who were inclined to return to their allegiance.

1st. To take the oath of allegiance.

2d. To give bond and security in 1000l. sterling.

3d. To give two other bonds of 100l. each as above.

4th. To hold no post of profit in the state.

5th. To have no vote or voice at any election.

6th. To be deprived the use of arms.

7th. Should they or any of them commit any misdemeanour, to be confined in jail three months, and then put on board a King's ship, to serve in the army during Life.
