The Rev. J. B. Reid, D.D., pastor of the SHALOM BAPTIST CHURCH of Newport News, Virginia, will deliver the annual Brotherhood message February 22 over station WVEC-TV NBC network at 11:05 P. M.
Rev. Dr. Reid has made several trips abroad and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Africa, India and countries of the Middle East.
He has preached from the pulpits of several churches abroad and on Christmas Day, 1951 he delivered two sermons in Bethlehem in the Syrian Church and The Shepherd's Field near The Church of The Nativity where Jesus Christ was born.
This will be Dr. Reid's seventh appearance before the cameras of stations WTAR-TV, Norfolk and WVEC-TV, Hampton.
The Jewel Singers will accompany Rev. Mr. Reid and render music.
