THE LITCHFIELD COUNTY REGIMENT.—This Regiment has received its number, 19th Connecticut Volunteers, and the camp will be laid out in this town some time during the coming week. Colonel Wessells has received his commission, and his Staff will be announced as soon as appointed. We have cheering reports from various parts of the County, and confidently expect 300 men will be put in camp the first week. An advertisement for sealed proposals to furnish the Regiment with rations, &c., will be found in our advertising columns today.
