We have received a particular account of the ravages committed by the enemy (consisting of about a hundred Indians and four hundred Tories) commanded by the execrable Col. John Butler, on Thursday the 17th instant, at the German Flats; but the paper being full and the account coming to hand so late, we are obliged to defer it till next week. Of the inhabitants, three white men and one negro were killed; 63 dwelling-houses, 57 barns, three grist mills, and one saw mill, burnt, and 235 horses, 229 horned cattle, 269 sheep, carried off.
