NEW-YORK, June 17.

Last Week was committed to Hackensack goal in New-Jersey, Abraham Bush, for the murder of his brother-in-law, named Van Dyck, on Friday the 7th instant. They had been a clamming, in Company with another man, and on their return home, a dispute arose between the two brothers, when Bush almost strangled Van Dyck, and threw him out of the canoe in which they were, into Passaic river, after which Bush finding his brother was drowned, swam ashore, and took to the woods, but was soon apprehended. 'Tis said they were all intoxicated.
