Leghorn, May 31. General Lautrec is still here, waiting, as 'tis said, the Departure of all the Spaniards, and the Arrival of the Germans. In the mean while, the hasty Retreat of the former, makes People suspicious, that there is Mystery at the Bottom. Some say, that the Spaniards are resolved never more to trust the French; others are of Opinion, that there will certainly be a War between Spain and Portugal: But we have some Letters which assure us, that an Accommodation is on the Point of being signed between those Two Powers.
