DOWAGIAC, Mich., Feb. 17.—Mrs. Minor T. Jones has begun suit in the circuit court against her nephew, Minor Jones, Jr., of Chicago, charging him with grand fraud, by which he obtained a deed to property of her late husband. She alleges that she was imprisoned in the Clarendon hotel in Chicago by young Jones and his accomplices, who charged her with poisoning her husband, and told her that she would be "sent over the road" unless she signed away her claim to the property.

She now asks the court to make the deed invalid. The property is valued at several thousand dollars.
