"GOD SPEAKS TO ME"
By Calvin C. Brown, B. M. L.
A voice speaks from the unknown "Don't give up, you must press on" Its the man who lives upstairs One who listens to all my prayers.
In the silence of my lonely room He often comes to dispel my gloom, I know He can do the same for you If you would take time to ask Him to.
I met God in the Temple of my soul Where the atmosphere is never cold In the secrecy of that place I found wisdom and His grace.
He plays music in my soul That I sing when trouble rolls, When days are dark or fair I walk along with a prayer.
