Having begun our study of political history under the one and many Miss Harriet Elliott, at the Woman's college, we have a deep-rooted admiration for Woodrow Wilson, for he was, at that time the subject of much discussion in our history classes and quite a favorite with the teacher.
We have recently read Gerald Johnson's story of his life and one thing we want to see is the moving picture, "Woodrow Wilson".
We were interested in the criticisms following the premier showing in New York, recently.
Of course, some like it and some did not. Our own Josephus Daniels, the only living member of the Wilson cabinet, attended. And by the way, North Carolina's Sidney Blackmer, plays the part of Daniels in the picture. He admits it gave him a peculiar feeling to play the part of a man now living, a man who had visited in their home in Salisbury.
