They write from Cadiz, that on the 21st of July, the Sieur Savaleta, who commanded the Hermione Frigate when she was taken, was, in consequence of the Sentence of a Court-Martial, publicly degraded from his military Employments, and sent into Banishment to Ceuta, for ten Years: The second Captain, was suspended from his Employment for two Years, during which, he is obliged to serve on board the King's Xebecks without Pay or Rank, and with only a common Sailor's Allowance of Provision: The Ensign is condemned to the same Punishment for one Year; and the Pilot declared incapable of serving his Majesty.
