COURT PARTY ON WAY TO JUNEAU: JUDGE GOES SOUTH

After completing a two-months court term in Ketchikan, the court party passed through Wrangell Monday night aboard the Northland, returning to Juneau where the next court term is called for January 22.

In the party were Clerk of Court Robert E. Coughlin, Assistant District Attorney George W. Folta and Deputy Clerk Peggy McLeod. Lawrence Kerr, district attorney clerk, went north last week.

Judge George F. Alexander, accompanied by Mrs. Alexander, went south from Ketchikan for a vacation over the holidays with friends and relatives in Portland and other points on the coast. They expect to return north about the middle of January.

The Ketchikan docket was completely cleared, Clerk Coughlin reported, not a case being carried over.
