A Ship of about 260 Tons, commanded by Capt. Flagg, laden with Lumber, &c. which sailed from Portsmouth, the Beginning of last Week, for the West-Indies, was met with and taken by the Lively Man of War, the Captain of which put two Officers and 5 Sailors on board her, in order to carry her to Boston. Soon after a Privateer from Beverly luckily came across the Ship, as he was going into Boston, retook and carried her into Cape-Ann. On Saturday last the seven Prisoners taken on board the Prize, were brought to Town, and committed to the Care of the Main-Guard.
