Drug Agents Arrest 20 in St. Paul Raid

St. Paul. Oct. 12.-(AP)-Twenty persons were held by federal narcotics agents Tuesday following a raid on a cafe Monday night. Among the 20 was Arthur Miller, who figured in a cleanup of the St. Paul police department under Public Safety Commissioner H. E. Warren.

Miller was charged with bookmaking and gambling during the police shakeup in 1935 and pleaded guilty. He served a workhouse sentence.

Agents, who refused to divulge details of the raid, said they were holding men giving the names of Walter Earl, Joe Ross, Hank Swanky, Louis Capra and Pat Gavin.
