Planning Sessions Set For Allen 'B',

Athletic Director A. C. Burcky, of Bluffton college, tournament manager for the Allen County Class B and the semi-finals of the Class B District tournaments to be held at the college next month announced this week planning meetings have been set for the two sessions.
Administrators and coaches of participating schools in the Allen County league will meet Friday at Elida to discuss arrangements for that tournament.
The three-day session is scheduled for February 17, 24 and 25. Two teams from this tourney will advance to the Bluffton section of the District meet, Friday and Saturday, March 2 and 3.
Officials for the local section of the District tournament will hold a luncheon meeting at 4:30 p.m., Sunday, February 26, at the Edelweiss restaurant, Bluffton, to make plans.
Drawings will be made at that time.
Taking part in Bluffton's section of the District's first and second round games will be two teams from the Celina Non-County tournament, the Allen county representatives, and one each from the Hardin and Putnam county tourneys.
Remaining at Celina first and second sessions will be two schools each from the Mercer, Van Wert and Auglaize county tournaments and one team from the Non-County tournament.
Semi-finals and finals of the two sections will be held March 9 and 10 at Lima high.
Burcky announced he will attend both the Elida and Bluffton meetings.
