An Outrage.—About seven o'clock on Sunday evening, as some four or five German sailors were harmlessly and quietly passing up Market street, Fell's Point, they were assaulted by a party of rowdies, at the corner of Alice Anna street, and two or three of them injured. Officers Hall and P. Duzzi were quickly on the spot and succeeded in arresting John Gorman, John Conn, and John F. Parks. The two first named were placed under security to appear at Court, by Justice Briggs, and the latter to keep the peace. The assault was entirely unprovoked and the perpetrators deserve exemplary punishment.
