BRANDYWINE GRANITE,

Necessary to be Sent to the New York Aqueduct.

The Brandywine Granite Company have completed their contract for stone for the bridges of the Pennsylvania railroad.

Last load of stone was delivered to-day.

A contract was signed to-day by the company for stone for the great aqueduct now being built to convey water to New York. The aqueduct is located at Croton-on-Hudson, Putnam county, New York.

The contract with the Granite Company is for $33,000 worth of stone, all to be dressed and to be delivered inside of two years.

The best workmanship will be applied in dressing the stone as the Granite Company's samples were selected for their excellence.

Colonel Milo W. Locke of the company expects to have very busy quarries for some time to come.
