Miss Rose Spring is working for Mrs. Mary Barber.

E. W. Bullard and Clyde Smith are making cedar oil.

Mrs. Pope has come to spend the winter with her son, J. H. Pope.

Mrs. Winn of Passumpsic is spending a few days with Mrs. Mary Weed.

Mrs. Alvina Ransom is spending a few days with her niece, Mrs. Julia Russell.

Mrs. Nancy Crosier of Glover has been sewing for Mrs. Mabel Morse for a few days.

Carl Rushford shoveled 37½ tons of coal here in the coal shed Friday and did it all alone.

George Piper has been spending a few days with his aunt, Mrs. Lola King, of West Burke.

Chauncey Skinner and son of St. Johnsbury were in the place on business the first of the week.
