The practical politicians do not admire C. S. Page as a candidate as they know if elected they could make but little use of him. The farmers, mechanics and business men however, the mass of voters are friendly to Mr. Page's candidacy because in him they find an honest, upright and fearless champion of the people.
Let them see to it that their will is not defeated by the schemers.—Poultney Journal.
