PISTOL FIGHT COST ONE LIFE
ILL FEELING OF LONG STANDING BELIEVED TO HAVE CAUSED THE TROUBLE.

San Antonio, Texas, Jan. 6.—Unfriendliness of long standing is believed to have caused a pistol fight last night near Elmendorf in which one man was shot to death and a youth seriously injured. The dead man is Adolfo Saucedo, aged 25. Joe Knight, aged 17, has a fractured jaw and his condition is considered serious. The man believed to have done the shooting is at large, but his arrest is anticipated by the police.
