This day arrived a mail from Flanders, which brought the following advices. From Leghorn, dated March 18th, we are informed that the Commandant Pinello, not having been able to debark in the island of Capraja the succours which he had conducted thither, had demanded of the Republick a larger number of forces, to render ineffectual the efforts of the batteries, with which the Corsican troops prevented the debarkation. The Council General of the Malcontents of Corsica hath delivered to the French Minister a plan of accommodation between the Malcontents and the Republick of Genoa.
