Full Text
Scarcely a Mail arrives that we are not deprived of some of our Newspapers, sometimes from New-York we receive but one paper instead of four or five, at other times, we receive papers to the eastward of Boston, and none from Boston, and today we have one solitary paper by the Southern Mail, and we have not received the Farmer's Museum these four weeks past, although we know by letters from the Editor, that the papers have been forwarded. Such deprivations are very provoking and ought not to be allowed.
