Moorhead, Miss.-To the Afro-American Courier:

Moorhead Lodge No. 74 was graced with the presence of the Hon. Custodian T. J. Huddleston, on April 18. We are always glad to have him with us to give us such wholesome instructions and remarks. May he live long. Fifteen new members were added to our lodge.

We wish to thank all the members of the local lodge for their loyalty in bringing in new members and helping to make it pleasant for the Custodian while he was with us. I wish to thank the many participants who helped us out on the program.

Mrs. Pearl Harvey, Mrs. Felton Burnett, two cakes. Mrs. Ruby Adair, Addie Miller, Carrie Foot and Mrs. Annie Bracy, salad. Mrs. P. G. Payne, Willid Lewis, Connie Burt, sandwiches. Mrs. Annie Lott, Eddie Booker, Julia Leamous, lemon pies. F. C. Mullins, Minnie Coleman, chicken. Mrs. Mable Johnson, Mary McElroy, Willie Brown, Susie Buchanan, F. M. Williams, C. Buchanan, E. C. Mullins, ice cream.

So again I thank you one and all for the loyalty in serving the Custodian and making it pleasant for him.

But in every wise the least, Prof. Byrd, the principal of our High School, made the welcome address.

F. M. WILLIAMS, President.
