Negroes from taxes. Muhammed, who advocates territorial separation of the black and white races, told 3,000 Negroes at McCormick Place Sunday that Negroes should not have to pay taxes "as long as we are deprived of equal justice under the law."

He also called for "our former slavemasters" to arrange for separation of Negroes and whites on all fronts, including segregation in schools, a ban on mixed marriages, and the setting aside of a separate state for Negroes.
