Must Stand Trial for Perjury

Members of Verein Arrested for Making False Statements Under Oath.

Glenn Ullin, N. D., April 1.

Charged with perjury three members of the German Verein here are in trouble.

Early in February, Gustav Falk and two others gave evidence which resulted in an injunction being placed on the building used by the organization.

It is now claimed that evidence was false and the result of internal dissensions and the other element has caused the arrest of the trio furnishing the evidence.
