Austin, Texas, August 22.-A democratic meeting was held at the court house tonight and a Bryan and Sewall club organized. Hon. Taylor Moore presided over the meeting and speeches were made by Governor Frank Lubbock and Assistant Attorney General Bob Lockett. A committee was appointed on permanent organization with instructions to report at the next meeting of the club. A committee from each ward was also appointed to circulate petitions for signatures. Another meeting will be held next Saturday night, when permanent organization will be effected. The club proposes to put a number of speakers in the field and will make a fight for the democratic nominees in each precinct in the county. The club starts out with a membership of sixty-five.
