Lawlessness in St. Louis.
A St. Louis correspondent, writing Nov. 3d, says:
Our own city is subject to reproach for lawlessness as well as Baltimore. Two persons have been found in our streets, within three days past who had evidently been murdered; one being already dead with a broken skull and various knife wounds, and the other dying from a fractured skull, and too far gone to give any information as to his assassin. Such cases have been alarmingly frequent here, and will continue so until we get a police force not in league with the perpetrators of crime.
