The Springs. The Saratoga Sentinel of the 22d ult. states, that the arrivals during the previous few days, had been very numerous. From 8 to 9000 strangers are said to have visited the Springs during the season. The present number at the several hotels is about 1000. The Sentinel gives an idea that the amount of travelling to and from Saratoga was, by stating that on Thursday morning there were 32 post-coaches and hacks standing before the doors of the principal hotels, nearly all of which had arrived the evening previous, and all departed that morning in various directions.
