OF STEAMSHIP
Another Vessel Is Torpedoed by Germans and
Papers Are Demanding Action.

MADRID, Feb. 11. - The Spanish
steamer Sebastian was torpedoed
while en route to New York.
It is believed here in official circles that
a strong protest will be sent to Berlin
by the Spanish government. Newspapers
in discussing the situation assert that
they consider the case serious, and ask
how long is the practice of sending
Spanish shipping to the bottom by
German submarines to be continued
without bringing the matter to a head.
