"FORGOTTEN MAN"
At last! They have discovered the "forgotten man."
He is what is called the "white collar worker." It is estimated that there are 750,000 of these worthy workers on the dole, and something must be done to get them back on jobs.
The white collar man has been greatly neglected.
He is usually too proud to beg and too soft for hard labor. Most often he has a family. He is not organized, and his lot has been a hard one. In most cases he has taken his beating without a howl
And as a rule he has kept his collar white and his head up.
