[For the Spy.]
Grafton, Sept. 10, 1853. The Grafton Free Soil Association met this evening for the choice of officers for the ensuing political year, and the selection of delegates to attend the State Convention to be held at Fitchburg, on the 15th inst.

The following officers were chosen:
President, Seth J. Axtell. Vice Presidents— Benjamin Kingsbury, and Jona. B. Sibley. Secretary and Treasurer—Henry F. Wing. Executive Committee—Edward B. Bigelow, Charles B. Jenks, Levi Rawson, Calvin S. Thurston, Joseph B. Adams.

Delegates.—Lewis Holbrook, Abram M. Bigelow, Frederick Brimblecom.
Substitutes — Jona. B. Sibley, Stephen R. White, Calvin S. Thurston.

Voted, That our Delegates be instructed to support Hon. Henry Wilson as candidate for Governor.

Voted, That the foregoing proceedings be sent to the Massachusetts Spy and Boston Commonwealth for publication.
