Frankfort. Feb. 14. Last Thursday 12,000 recruits set out for Bohemia. We are assured the court of France has resolved to have an army of 180,000 men in Germany next campaign. According to the plan of operations which, 'tis said, has been concerted, the Empress Queen is to attack Silesia with an army of 80,000 men. The army of the Empire, joined by a body of 20,000 French, is to act in Saxony: and the Swedes and the Russians are to attack Pomerania and Brandenburg. The Bavarian troops are cantoned in Moravia. They write from Warsaw, that the Princes Xaverius and Charles will shortly set out for the Russian army; and that count de Bruhl has actually, by the King of Poland's consent, resigned all his employments.
