Ga. State Alumni Club Elects Officers
The Georgia State Alumni club composed of graduates living on and near the campus met for the purpose of electing its officers for the ensuing year.
The officers elected are as follows: President Ellis Whittaker; vice president, Mrs. Mamye Haynes; secretary, Miss V. S. Poole; finance committee, A. Hurse, Miss Louise Lautier, and H. T. Sampson.
The objective of the club is to raise a sufficient fund to create a students' revolving loan. The college faculty will act as an advisory board as to the worthiness of the students.
The next meeting of the club will take place the second Sunday afternoon in December at 4 o'clock in Room 1 of Meldrim Auditorium
