LONDON. Sept. 12.

By a dispatch, which has been received by the right honorable Henry Dundas, one of his Majesty's principal Secretaries of State, from the right hon. R. Mulgrave, dated Flushing, August 26, 1794, it appears that the garrison of Sluys surrendered to the enemy on the 26th of that month.

The terms of capitulation had not hitherto been received.

The French by the capitulation of Sluys, have acquired the enormous number of 400 pieces of brass cannon, 4000 prisoners, and a proportionate quantity of military stores.
