Anthony Palombizio, garage proprietor on the Berlin Turnpike, has had 51 cars towed away in the past few days in compliance with a court order stemming from his summons to court in violation of the zoning laws.
Mr. Palombizio, due for a reappearance before the town authorities during the latter part of this month, removed the vehicles, many of them wrecks involved in collisions in various parts of town.
He estimated that there had been approximately 120 vehicles towed into his garage since last fall, accumulating faster than it was possible for their disposal.
To accomplish the removal of such a large number of vehicles within a specified amount of days entailed a financial loss to the garage owner.
