LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION INCREASES IN STATE

All over North Dakota, interest is being shown in the very substantial increase in livestock which the state is beginning to be a feature of many well developed counties.

The livestock show is beginning to be a feature of many North Dakota shows.

The latest is Esmond.

The United Live Stock Breeders' Association and the Esmond Commercial Club are co-operating in a move to put on a big stock show in Esmond on or about July 12th.

From present indications the show will be a great success for the reason that the association members and this vicinity in general are very proud of their Shorthorn stock and the outside world is very anxious to take a look at these animals, and this is the first opportunity afforded.

The men in charge expect to put these fine shorthorns in a big parade so everyone can have a look at them and then to let the people know of the excellent quality give them a taste of a prime shorthorn steer at a big barbecue.

Several of the most prominent speakers in the Northwest have promised to be there for the occasion, and a good program will be arranged.
