Full Text

It is probably not generally known that the present terminus of the M. & K. railroad is only a mile from the cave that has been a famous picnic ground and trysting place for many years. It is not unlikely that it may become more famous and more popular than ever. Superintendent Martin will have a road cut through the woods this week from the railroad to the place. This will make it accessible and no doubt more people than ever will visit it. It will require only about an hour to make the trip and a more delightful place for a day's outing cannot be found. The cost of a trip now is hardly worth considering when compared to the bills formerly paid by young men who made frequent visits there. Who will make up the first party for a trip to the cave over the railroad?
