JUDGE'S FATE WILL REST IN JURY TODAY
Weatherford, Tex., Nov. 6.-(P)-The fate of Judge R. H. Hamilton, gray-haired former supreme court jurist and university professor charged with the murder of his youthful son-in-law, Tom Walton, Jr., probably will be in the hands of the jury by night.
The trial virtually ended yesterday with a flurry of rebuttal and counter-rebuttal testimony offered by the state and defense, and only closing arguments of the lawyers remained to be heard today before the scene of action shifts to the dusty little room where the jury will conduct its deliberations.
