A laughable incident occurred at Boscobel during the heavy rain of last week. After the rain had let up some, nearly the entire population turned out to see the flood and ascertain what damage had been done, and when on returning to his shop Barber Horr to his astonishment and consternation found a horse with harness on standing inside of his shop looking out of a hole which he had broken in the front window. As the flood had not quite reached that far, it seemed to be a puzzler how the animal gained an entrance.
