London and Cadiz papers were received this morning at the office of the Register, extracts from which will be found under the London head.
It does not appear by any of our Cadiz papers, which are to the 20th of July, that the French had re-entered Spain--On the contrary, it is stated, that a proclamation had been issued by Lord Wellington, ordering that part of his army which had entered France, to abstain, under the severest penalties, from plunder, or offering personal injury to the inhabitants.
The probability of Soult's arrival with 45,000 troops, is much weakened by these advices.
