From Le Memoire Bordelaise, 18 June, 1816— printed at Bordeaux.—

"The day before yesterday, furnished a fresh occasion to the inhabitants of Bordeaux of manifesting their attachment to the Bourbon family. At day light, the ships in the port were decorated with colors, and the exterior of their houses were ornamented with white flags. It was remarked, with great satisfaction, that the new American consul, Mr. Lee, adopting the lilies example of the Consuls of other powers friendly to France, united the liberty with the American flag."
