Portsmouth March. 12.

Messrs. Fowles

It is desired you would give a friendly Jog, and awake the Select-Men, Justices, and Surveyors of the Highways: Be so good as to tell them, all the Roads to this Town have been blocked up with Snow for eight Days past, and that the Inhabitants hope, when their NAP is out, they will take Care the Town is no longer kept in Danger of starving, thro' Neglect only--- And also that this Town may not be obliged to furnish all the Jurymen to the Superior Court now sitting here.
