NEW-HAVEN, July 30.
We can assure our country brethren, that not half the cause of alarm exists, with respect to the sickness, that has been so industriously reported. It is a fact, that there has not been so few persons sick at this season of the year, for a number of years, as at the present; and it has been asserted by one or two physicians, that they have frequently had more patients under their care, at one time, when no contagious disorder existed here, than all the physicians now have in New-Haven.
