Full Text

While every thing at the south bears the appearance of bustle and war, the north has also its troubles. A very serious misunderstanding has taken place between the King of Sweden and the Parliament of Norway, and Swedish troops are on their march.
It appears that this new fangled King of the Goths and Vandals, insists upon his power of creating noblemen in Norway, with certain privileges, which is very oppressive. The Norwegians declare that they are too poor to bear the expence of these institutions, and they also complain of an abuse of the liberty of the press. Those subjects create considerable agitation.
