PALMER, (AP) - Colony Day, coming to the Valley on May 27 and 28 this year, is to be complete with frontier costume and entertainment, program chairman Al Hagan announces. He has asked all merchants support the program with appropriate frontier decorations in their places of business and with costumes in the general theme.

At the Calico and Jeans Dance, which opens this year's celebration, patrons who come in proper costume will be admitted for $1.50, while those who do not wear the accepted garb must pay $2.
